Lucifer starts to live at the hotel after the fight against Heaven, and he finds himself drinking late at night. But one night, Alastor joins him. After that, they start to find more and more things they have in common than they originally thought.
It's a well established fact that Lucifer and Alastor do not get along, that should they be left unsupervised for too long one or both will end up bloodied and maimed. So what is Alastor supposed to think when the King keeps seeking him out, that he's not planning to get rid of him? Obviously he needs to prove his importance to the hotel and gain his trust before that can happen.
Lucifer is getting a second chance at a fresh start. New town, new job, same name. At least this time he has Charlie to keep him company.
He quickly makes friends with Alastor who happens to be the main suspect for ongoing disappearances. It couldn't possibly be him though, right? Alastor is strange but it's not like Lucifer doesn't have his own secrets to hide.
After a wild night with Lucifer, Alastor wants more. The problem is, he has absolutely no idea how to approach Lucifer, and he’s a bumbling idiot when it comes to flirting.
Alastor's radio show gains traction since Adam's televised death. People want the newest gossip happening at Hazbin Hotel and the radio demon is happy to provide. Jealous of his success, Lucifer decides to sabotage one of his broadcasts, and he certainly gets the attention he wanted, but not exactly from the people he would have hoped.
Lucifer discovers Alastor, the radio demon, the man who puts himself up on a pedestal, who challenges the king of hell himself for a battle over his own daughter....

Lucifer can't help but have two thoughts co-exist in his head at the information he'd been given.

To be able to annoy the King of Hell freely and knowing that he couldn’t do a thing to stop Alastor, sounded very entertaining. What Alastor hadn’t considered with that particular plan was the magnetic pull the First Temptation would have on him. Nor did he consider he could possibly ever develop feelings for Lucifer. Or how he would almost lose everything trying to deny those same feelings.
Fortunately for this demon and his fallen angel, even in Hell, Christmas miracles can still happen.
Lucifer kidnaps Alastor to his palace to heal the wound he's been pretending doesn't exist. It leaves Alastor with feelings that he very much didn't want and does not know how to deal with.
