Lucifer would be a lot more excited about the night if it wasn't for his promise to play nice with the radio demon despite Alastor’s obvious attempts to drive him crazy. Add to that his complicated relationship with the Sins and his unresolved conflict with Angel Dust and he is in for a long night.
Blitz and Stolas, meanwhile, are finally giving this relationship a real chance. Doesn't mean Blitz is ready to get introduced as the significant other of an Ars Goetia in front of a bunch of high ranking demons and sinners. But since Stella is still trying to kill Stolas, Blitz has the perfect excuse to attend the party as the hired bodyguard. Now they just have to keep their hands to themselves long enough to not blow their cover. Should be easy with these two, right?

Alastor and Lucifer run into each other on their respective ways to get a drink after hours. Or, they 'run into' each other the first time, then look for each other the next few. Not that they'll tell each other that
Unwilling to show any form of weakness, Alastor continues to push himself after the extermination nearly ends him, pain and desperation cutting his fuse shorter than ever. The only one stupid enough to approach him at those times is conveniently the only one he can't fight, but oblivious as the King is, he doesn't catch wise until the Radio Demon nearly crumbles at his feet.
That same obliviousness leaves him blissfully unaware what some of the other residents think is going on.
Alastor's radio show gains traction since Adam's televised death. People want the newest gossip happening at Hazbin Hotel and the radio demon is happy to provide. Jealous of his success, Lucifer decides to sabotage one of his broadcasts, and he certainly gets the attention he wanted, but not exactly from the people he would have hoped.
After defeating Adam, Lucifer can't stop rubbing Alastor's defeat in his face. Their bickering continues as per usual until an important figure shows up, throwing a wrench in things. Lucifer must make a difficult choice, and Alastor can't help but use this opportunity to take the king of Hell down a path of revenge and destruction, only for his plan to blow up epically in his face.
Lucifer discovers Alastor, the radio demon, the man who puts himself up on a pedestal, who challenges the king of hell himself for a battle over his own daughter....

Lucifer can't help but have two thoughts co-exist in his head at the information he'd been given.

“I got this!” Lucifer and Alastor snapped in unison. The star finally met the top of the tree in a bright and sparkling manner. The strings of Lucifer’s showy magic collided with the black and green hues of the beam coming from Alastor’s. As the two trails of magic hit, the star fell on top and glowed as bright as the blinding sun.
Charlie ducked as Vaggi shielded her with a wing.
Alastor quickly covered his eyes with his arm and Lucifer stumbled backward in surprise.
The light soon dissipated. The topper was neatly placed and shining with the same heavenly hue as before, only now, it started to rain down sparkles.
Lucifer had gone to bed that night earlier than usual.
Alastor had retreated to his room after the much too festive cheer dear Charlie was putting on.
Lucifer’s eyes widened when the face staring back at him in a crumbling vanity was NOT his own. Alastor had paused in horror once he met his reflection that belonged to the king of hell.

Lucifer and Alastor swap bodies after accidentally clashing their magic while trying to handle a heavenly artifact for Christmas.
Their only way to revert it?
An act of true affection.

Lucifer kidnaps Alastor to his palace to heal the wound he's been pretending doesn't exist. It leaves Alastor with feelings that he very much didn't want and does not know how to deal with.
