“Her name is Rebecca Proctor.” Bucky stared out at the small two-story house with a forlorn, distant expression, clenching his jaw once before letting out a breath and turning to face Sam with a rare glimpse of vulnerability in those steel-blue eyes, “She’s my sister.”
Sam blinked, “Your sister?”
The ghost of a smile tugged at one corner of his mouth, “Yes, my sister.”

This is pure crack. The media thinks Bucky and Sam are a couple. Sam is questioning his sexuality and tries to use Dr. Seuss as an analogy and then it becomes a thing. Takes place after TFATWS.
Wherein Bucky is jealous of himself, the other Bucky is very confused, and Sam is frequently exasperated. Featuring time travel, kidnappings, and way too much discussion of destiny, love, and the self.
