Lucifer starts to live at the hotel after the fight against Heaven, and he finds himself drinking late at night. But one night, Alastor joins him. After that, they start to find more and more things they have in common than they originally thought.
Lucifer is getting a second chance at a fresh start. New town, new job, same name. At least this time he has Charlie to keep him company.
He quickly makes friends with Alastor who happens to be the main suspect for ongoing disappearances. It couldn't possibly be him though, right? Alastor is strange but it's not like Lucifer doesn't have his own secrets to hide.
A proposal of cooperation from the Vees to the Hotel sends all parties involved into a downward spiral of violence, jealousy, unrequited love and shady deals, with Alastor in the centre of it all.
